Salary Range: $65,000 - $100,000 annually

As a Master Level Automotive Technician at Mad Hatter Auto Repair, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise will be crucial in handling complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles, with an emphasis on European models. This position is ideal for a dynamic, highly skilled and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Full ASE certification is a must.
 - At least 5 years of experience in advanced automotive repair.
 - Experience with European vehicle repair is highly valued and may lead to higher salary considerations.
 - Proficient in using modern diagnostic equipment and tools.
 - Capable of independent decision-making and excellent problem-solving skills.
 - Strong communication abilities.
 - Ongoing commitment to professional development and learning.
 - Valid driver’s license and good driving record
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced diagnostics and perform high-quality repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
 - Provide specialist knowledge and expertise in the maintenance and repair of complex automotive systems.
 - Carry out comprehensive vehicle inspections and offer detailed repair and maintenance recommendations.
 - Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and safety in all tasks.
 - Offer mentorship and guidance to junior technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
