New Ownership
After nearly 60 years as part of a nationwide franchise, the Omaha Mad Hatter Muffler & Brakes location wrote a new chapter under local ownership.
Council Bluffs
A second Mad Hatter location in Council Bluffs, Iowa was added to the business, continuing the growing forward mission.
Rebranding and Expansion of Services
Our repair services extended beyond mufflers and brakes and we officially changed our name from Mad Hatter Muffler & Brakes to Mad Hatter Auto Repair. Alongside the name change, we launched a focused marketing and branding campaign to let customers know we’re now a full-service auto repair shop—offering everything from diagnostics to complete vehicle care
Executive Team Growth Initiated
Our plan to grow beyond two locations sparked the development of a sustainable, scalable corporate structure to support long-term success.
Westgate High Tech Auto Care Purchased
We expanded by acquiring Westgate High Tech Auto Care. This strategic move not only grew our footprint, but also allowed us to create a specialized, luxury car repair shop and continue raising the bar for high-quality automotive care.
